1. Returns Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some product categories (clearance, intimate wear) may not be eligible—see exceptions below.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
Any promotional or free items included with the order must also be returned.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number / invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable (examples):
Perishable goods, intimate apparel (unless faulty), final clearance items, personalized/custom-made products, or items clearly stated as non-returnable on the product page.
In the email include order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if item is damaged/defective.
We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For returns due to defects or wrong item shipped, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping upon confirmation.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
Refund amounts: original product price minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is our fault). Currency conversion and processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
7. Exchanges & Replacements
If you need an exchange for size/colour, email primeplayathletics@gmail.com and we will advise availability and steps. Exchanges follow the same return/shipping rules.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Email primeplayathletics@gmail.com as soon as possible with the order number. If already shipped, follow the return procedure.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a refund or replacement after verification.
10. Import Duties & Customs
For international orders, any customs/import duties charged by your country are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility.
